Professional Services

Real estate sector in Myanmar is unregulated and everyone is a real estate broker in these days. Luxury estate is trying to offer international standards of real estate services with straightforward, transparent negotiations between landlord and tenants. We are providing professional services in the current market with the following standards;

No service charges from Tenants – Luxury estate charge standard amount from the landlord, we do not charge from the clients for finding properties excepts for certain cases.

No consultancy fees – Luxury estate does not charge clients for assisting with rental and contract negotiations.

Free Transportation services – We provide free transportation to all our clients when viewing properties. We can pick you up from your home, office or hotel and will drop you back again, when you would like to visit your property or prospective rentals, prior to your move in date.

International bank transfer – In Myanmar rental contracts has to be paid one year in advance, which can cause a difficulties for international clients who are not used to carry a lot of cash in this digital world. We makes easier payment by offering the option to pay by bank transfer instead.

No third parties – We don’t deal with any other third parties or partner with other agencies, individuals or brokers. We find our suppliers from our marketing network and directly deal with the landlords. We are providing honest, transparent and frankly services in all our dealings.

Original images – We only use the our own photos from each property in our advertising on our website and social media pages. We are spending separate time in taking photographs of all the properties we put in our database to show the real time image, unlike some agencies point of showing false houses, condos and offices.

Personal services – We help not only finding properties for our clients but also giving other advices when they are new in town. We strongly believe customer satisfaction will bring us our success in the market.
